Choose your bath screen

There are many options available when it comes to choosing the right bathroom screen.

Some styles have a curved edge while others have straight edges. These differences are more aesthetic than functional, so choose the style that you love best.

Bath screens typically measure around 1400mm high, but can be slightly wider.

Make sure your bath screen is the right width so water doesn't spill onto the floor.

Place your bath screen

The location of the bath depends on how close you are to the edge.

If your bath screen has a lip, it will need to be placed so that the screen is inside the lip.

Your screen should be placed approximately 4 - 5mm away from the edge of your bath if there is no lip.

Attach the channel to the wall

To hold your bath screen in its place, the channel is a metal strip attached to the wall.

Take a straight line from the bath to the wall. To ensure that the line is straight, you can use a spirit level.

To attach the channel to your wall, you will need to use a drill. You must ensure that you don't drill into any cables or pipes and that you use the right type of drill bit to work with the material.

For extra security, insert wall plugs to hold the screws in place.

Place the wall channel against the line that you have drawn and then drive the wall fixings supplied with your bath screen into it.

To ensure that the silicone is in contact with the wall, press against it for the entire length.

Install the screen door

Slide into the channel by lifting the door. This may be easier if you get into the tub. Make sure it is seated against the wall and in the bath.

Sliding Shower Doors

Use the supplied screws or rivets to attach the panel as per the manufacturer's instructions.

For a watertight seal, add silicone sealant along the edges of the channel as well as the bottom edge of your screen.

Before you use your shower or bath, allow it to dry for 24hrs
